On-Site Expertise

  • Crate Condition Documentation: Detailed photos and written documentation of crate condition upon arrival.
  • Unpacking & Verification: Unpacking is performed strictly in accordance with your instructions to prevent damage. Packing slips are cross-referenced with the Bill of Lading (BOL), and a physical count is completed to confirm all products have arrived.
  • Quality Inspection & Testing: Products are tested directly from the crate to verify proper working condition prior to installation, reducing surprises on the show floor or job site.
  • Installer Supervision: When sensitive handling is required, our team works side-by-side with installers to ensure proper handling and adherence to specifications.
  • Checklist, Documentation & Sign-Off: Upon completion, we provide a comprehensive checklist of all services performed, photo and/or video documentation of any damage identified, and a signature from the on-site installation lead. This enables swift resolution if issues arise and provides confidence that products arrived safely and in working order.
Pre-Arranged Arrivals & Logistics Support
When projects involve multiple vendors or complex delivery schedules, we simplify coordination and reduce on-site risk.
